John Rothrock has mastery of both commercial and residential plumbing. He communicates clearly every step of the way beginning with the original quote and scope of work discussion. There is literally no job that is too small or too big. This is a small business at its finest.
We most recently had John replace our gas water heater which went out and had flooded our garage on Thanksgiving day. I left a message for John on Thanksgiving day and I was called back immediately. The problem was correctly diagnosed over the phone. He came out early the day after and had our new water heater installed and working in short time. We would highly recommend John for any plumbing project.
John always takes excellent care of us. If you are looking for an experienced, honest, trustworthy, local plumbing service, give them a call. And if you see him on the road be sure and blow and wave at him. He loves meeting new people!
